I purchased a used ****** Crosstrek from this dealership. I was shown the car fax and told it had a full service done on it, including new tires were installed. I bought the car and followed up with a ****** dealership also in Elgin. ****** told me my tires were under the safety specs and they are dated 2017. ****** also showed me some major leaks under the car that are covered under my warranty from Hyundai. Horrible. They put a $3000 extended warranty on the car I purchased after I told them I didn't want it. They charged $2000 more than what they listed the car for on CarGurus. After making several calls to the dealer, got the GM who told me"if you don't like the car, return it" and when I got there to return it, he then said he wasn't taking it back! I trusted them and I shouldn't have. Will never go there again. Worst car buying experience I have ever had!!!

We have purchased Hyundai Elantra the salesman ************************* was mostly arrogant. I was buying cat to my 21 old son After 4 hours we have ended up with sale where we agreed to price $25530 less **** dealer cash after troubling in and outs we have ended up with extra charges for theft deterrent $899 pro package $1999 accessories pro pack **** $1299.which supposed be included We have been cheated , lied and misrepresented. Thank you for other reviews already posted! Very rude on the phone. Price online was suddenly raised by $3000 for “dealer accessories”. I asked for an explanation and received none. Was told, “ I’m just telling you the price of the car”. Hung up on Leonides and took my business elsewhere!! Don’t go here!!

I have purchased multiple cars from this location. After my 2018 sonata started making a horrible rattling sound a year and a half ago the dealership stated nothing could be done as they were unable to hear the noise. Fast-forward to 3 months ago at the time of my last oil change, i mentioned this noise as I alslways did and they were finally able to replicate it.
