The dealership was very willing to do what was needed to make me happy. From the initial contact with Katie in the online department, to Carlos the sales manager who made sure they would accommodate my concerns and desires, to Lauren who handled the actual test drive and wrote up the sale and finally Mohammed in finance who handled the paperwork- they were all very friendly and pleasant. Not good I took the truck for a test drive the salesman lack of interest to sell the manager asked me what can I do to sell you the truck then he walk away from far away he said I sell it for 9000. I went outside to look at the truck so I said okay I’ll buy it then the manager came back and said no I can not sell it for that price this truck is loaded and he walk away

Vehicles were not as good as in the pictures. Sales man was nice but I felt there was some misrepresentation.

Go see John Allen He beat all the dealers near me. Drove 3 hours to beat the dealers in St.Louis The price is the price .

They called right away, their internet specialist did. assured me as I asked questions about the quality & condition of the car before driving 3 1/2 hours that if there were ANY red flags at all, it wouldn't be on their lot. This was Friday. Fast forward to Monday evening when I went to buy the car....3 days from speaking to me and my arrival, they didn't bother to pull the car up and check it over or anything before I got there.
