I think Ed the finance manager is a joke hidden fees acts like customers are bothering him also went in to finance a vehicle with my mom as a co signer found out later they put her as a the primary when I told them that is not what I wanted no one seems to give a care also was there for 9 hour to buy a vehicle thats a little excessive all of them are vultures praying on people who don't know any better

Purchased a used car (2016 Sante Fe) from this dealership in late June, and it came with a faulty motor. I understand that the car is used so I could not expect something in perfect condition. The salesperson pushed this car on me although I was a tad hesitant. Now on month 5, the engine is completely busted and the dealership is unwilling to do anything for me. Very unprofessional and rude service here, and a lot of inconsistency. if anyone is looking to finance a car they have to do it on their own cause this dealership scams customers, lies to customers and lies to the bank. my experiences First,when I financed a vehicle I was the last customer in the dealership because it took over 4 hours to process, it should not take that long to process a USED vehicle especially when there were no other customers in the dealership. they did this on purpose because by the end I was so tired a... read more

This dealership sold me a car without any catalytic converter’s on it when I found out about it and bring the car back to them they said there was catalytic converter’s on there and I took them off which is a lie. So they sold me a car in Illinois which is against federal law to sell a car without Catalytic covers on it! Now they won’t take any responsibility for it! I asked for pictures of the vehicle and they would not send them to me, instead they called me relentlessly throughout the day and night trying to get me to just come see it. They are 2 hours away from me. When I finally told them I asked them for pictures several days earlier, I'm looking elsewhere. They told me they will send me the pictures..... NOPE! NOT INTERESTED

Slammed me with 100s if responses from 5-7 different people. Not a transparent communication process with all different information.
