About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

The view is amazing, clean pools and hot tubs. Friendly services and clean rooms.
Pretty disappointing for the price, dirty and run down mostly

Great location in Gatlinburg.. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants .. Friendly staff and nice rooms .. Have stayed there every time we visited for the last 20 yrs !
The elevators are slower than molasses in December, and parking is a joke. The parking spaces are to small for trucks and SUVs.
Awesome experience great hospitality.
Hotel was nice. Just wish the elevator had not been broke down all weekend. We actually got married that weekend on valentines day and their was a nice note on our bed upon check in congratulating us and that was very special. Check in/out staff were very nice. Would stay there again.
