About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the stream and our room had a great view ,of the space needle! We loved everything about this hotel! Will be returning next time we come to Gatlinburg!!!
Great place to stay. Easy walk to the parkway. Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the city if your room is on the front side. Only downfalls are slow elevators and the breakfast could be much better. We love staying here!
