About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

We have stayed at Edgewater for the past three years. This place is the BEST! Located within walking distance of downtown, the people behind the desk are always friendly. It is like our home away from home. Would not change a thing and will not stay anywhere else! Beds are comfy....everything is clean....(do need to get those windows in the elevator done this spring! lol Totally recommend!
