About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

We stay there ever time we come to Gatlinburg. My husband proposed to me on that bench right there on the river. We came back in June for our 1 year anniversary. They had a happy anniversary card in our room waiting for us. It's very comfortable and a great view. We have been there about 5 or 6 times since we got married. We always go and sit on that bench it's so peaceful

DON HALL ART and SOUTH BEACH MEDIA like The Edgewater Hotel
We just left and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were very clean, and so close and within walking distance to everything, the breakfast was just ok, but I would highly recommend this hotel.
Awesome location! Within walking distance of pretty much everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The view from our balcony on the 7th floor was great (river view). Staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Shower stayed warm for the entire shower (no cold rush when someone flushes the toilet). The continental breakfast was average. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location, decent room. Could stand a little modernization.
We just stayed here this past weekend. The employees were nice and the hotel was very clean. I will highly recommend this hotel.
