About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Very friendly staff. If there was a problem, they got right on it. Would like to see more breakfast options though like boiled eggs, bananas and oranges. Other then that, it was a great experience.
This was a great hotel. All the workers was so nice. This is where we will stay when we come back.
RecommendedGreat Hotel! Close to the middle of town. I love the balcony! The pool is great, hot breakfast and free parking, heaven!
I loved it. Just need more elevators. You had to stand for ever. But everything else was good
Very clean room. Parking a little tight because it is a older hotel.
