About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

The hotel was great, the employees were very helpful, and you are so close to all of the shops and attractions! I will definitely be back!

Y’all this hotel was great! Clean rooms. Located off the main strip for a nice quiet evening on the balcony. Excellent staff. Walking distance to the strip and considering we were a last minute booking... excellent price! Will be back again!

We got to our room and it smelled really bad. Like a musty mildew odor. We had a small baby with us so we called the front desk and they said they could not put us in another room. So they sent a cleaning lady who sprayed the carpet with something to mask the odor. Then there is the issue with the elevators. You have to wait a LONG time. Also the parking is an issue. The parking spots are very small. The spots they have designated for larger vehicles are full of small cars and lots of double parking. They should enforce that... read more
