Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Very clean and friendly service. And the continental breakfast was very. Highly recommended
It's the only hotel we'll stay at while vacationing in Gatlinburg. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Actually we're here right now.
Parking is a huge issue if you drive anything other than compact car. There is no main entrance, so you have to travel elevators to find lobby. Plumbing needs attention ASAP. I was able to fill the bathtub, without ever plugging the drain!! 🤢 On the plus side, the room appeared clean, the AC worked very well, and the kids enjoyed the pool.
over all stay was great, great location for down town, and close to aquarium. elevators were a bit slow, and lobby was a bit hard to find. Had to make kids come off balcony due to smoking of pot. the pools were great, a thought the slide was broken. great hotel and would totally stay if we come back!

Thank you for the kind words, Kaiti!
The parking spots are extremely small. we came in on bikes, 4 bikes...2 rooms. had a hard time fitting 2 bikes in one spot they were so small. We had a mountain view room but we couldnt see a mountain. All we could see was a wall of thick trees and the maintenance workers behind the hotel. When we arrived, one elevator wasnt working but by morning both were working. They are the slowest elevators I've ever seen. They make you sign a paper at check in that you wont smoke on the balcony or thyey may charge you 200 dollars but ... read more
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and polite I would recommend this hotel best hotel that I have stayed at in a long time.
Wonderful staff & excellent location!
Parking is in a covered parking garage with a very low clearing! Note this if your in a vehicle that has been raised or a Big SUV/Van. Clearance is low!!! Stayed here 1 night, check in was ok, not very informative on information about the hotel, had to locate it all on our on, that was confusing, even after asking. The hotel is an older place, but still nice. When we found our room, it was very nice, facing the mountains! Loved our View! Could see the pool as well! Loved sitting on the Balcony! The beds were kinda hard, we s... read more
