About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Rooms well maintained, pleasant, helpful folks; and the pool which I did not have enough time in unfortunately. Well located.
Very convenient to shopping and eateries as well as very nice staff and amenities.
Stayed for 2 nights for conference last weekend. Parking was tight but plentiful. Staff was very nice. Beds were decent. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was pretty quiet considering how full the hotel was. That's the good. The bad: elevators were SLOW and staff had to share them with the huge amount of guests. Great place !!!!
Bathtub leaked. Both elevators were slower than Christmas. The view is only good if you get put in a room facing the river. The beds aren’t very comfortable. Overall the hotel has a lot of room for improvement
Absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and right beside the mysterious mansion which I love.
The place is a shithole and the food sucked! Room was hot as hell and my carpet was all stained and nasty.
