About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

RecommendedWonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and wanted to do whatever it took to make our stay as pleasant as possible. You couldn’t ask for a better location either. The breakfast was amazing, way more than I was expecting. Wonderful amenities. The best part though was the cleanliness of the room. Clean, beautiful view, loved the balcony and location,friendly staff only drawback is the elevator is very slow
Clean, beautiful view, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, cheap prices for the quality of the room, close to all of the stores for shopping, and just an overall awesome hotel! The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces are sooo close together that it makes it almost impossible to fit any vehicle in. 5 ⭐️ (plus more if I could)!!!
