About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Great place ,location, great staff
Edgewater comes highly recommended it is in a prime location next to a river coming down from the mountains. One side faces river and the people and attractions the other side offers peaceful serenity of a mountain side view. Affordable rooms that are updated frequently. I've stayed here many times and will continue to in the future.
love coming here. our staycation spot. middle of town, walk everywhere, friendly staff,clean,quiet,pool and 2 hot tubs. you can park in their garage even if your room isn't ready.
very clean remodeled hotel right in the middle of Gatlinburg park your car and you can walk to anything friendly staff. I always stay here when I come to Gallagher's
they charge extra for the river view we get the river view every time and every time we show up they say no you didn't and then have to pay more when we show up. so the last time we booked i asked for a email verification the only thing they would send was the dates a what I paid nothing about the actual room I booked. after calling and being told they can't guarantee any thing lol then why am I paying more for a room you can't guarantee and can't send a email. when you book a ocean front room at the beach you get a email sa... read more
we stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! beautiful view and it sits on the river. with everything that is going on they were very clean. staff was amazing!
Our second stay here we love the covered parking,. Although it is very low, and patron do not abide by the vehicular signage. Tough when you are in a big truck, and there are compact vehicals in the spaces designated for larger vehicle. Great location, friendly staff, enjoyed our room with the balcony over looking the river. we will be back.
My boyfriend and I are coming down this week and had to change the dates of our stay. Pete let us know to go to Booking.com to change it, but unfortunately we were having difficulties. Pete actually called us back to check in on us and to see if we were able to change them, and when we told him we were having trouble, he did it for us. That is what I call service! We have never stayed here before but if every worker is as awesome as Pete, I am sure we will have a great experience. We looking forward to coming down!
