About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

We liked the location in the middle of all the action and the river running g right down the side of the hotel.
The good parts: Great location. Less than 5 minutes to the National Park entrance and right in the heart of Gatlinburg strip for walking at night etc. Next door to the Mysterious Mansion which is an added bonus. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fantastic. Check in and out process was very quick. The bad parts: The parking is a nightmare. This hotel is awesome! Super close to downtown, wonderful views, very clean, and nice staff. Already planning our next vacation to Gatlinburg and for sure will stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Elevators did get a little busy on the weekend but they were completely sold out so that’s not a issue. Right within walking distance of everything! Will stay again!
Horrible pool!! Towels were like sand paper when you could get on. Elevator so slow and not enough. Never go back!!
