About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

RecommendedVery clean nice stay will recommend
We had an awesome stay. We were in a suite. Our son had his own space and the hotel was so quiet. We were on the 8th floor and facing the action with amazing views. We will definitely be returning. Thanks also to my husbands employment for rewarding him with this amazing vacation...thanks Titan

My husband and I just got back from a long weekend stay. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Staff and guests a like were very respectful of social distancing. The hotel had a cozy pool and fire pit area with rocking chairs. We got a queen jacuzzi suite room and it was sparkling clean and comfortable. It also had a fireplace that would be nice to use if you visited during the winter or fall months. Great clean place on the river with great view of the mountains. In town. Private balconies.Indoor/ outdoor pools hot tubs, fire pit. Great service. Will be going back.
