About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Hands down the most disappointing hotel experience of my life. The pictures are the most outlandishly deceptive thing I’ve ever seen in advertising. This hotel looks beautiful online, it’s in a great location and looks great on the outside after you get over the terrible parking. WARNING: While the location and the views are good, the hotel could use some major renovation. A warning should be sent out to everyone prior to arriving that anything bigger than a Prius will not fit in the parking garage. As a result, we have major damage to our vehicle that is still unresolved. (Our stay was 12/07/18) We even had to help and direct other truck and SUV owners in order to avoid further damages to their vehicles!! The elevators are very slow.
