About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

RecommendedOur circumstances only required us to stay one night but we found it to be very clean which is high on our standards of a hotel. But the amenities were a nice plus the staff wanted to make sure our stay was what we expected AND everyone was very plesant. The parking IS a bit tight, the toilets do flush a bit slow and we had a bit of difficulty finding the registration desk ( not the traditional drive up) but we figured it out. The hotel is clean the staff was friendly and it was in a great prime location in the center of downtown Gatlinburg you didn't have to drive anywhere you just walked across the street beautiful Creek in front of the hotel got the watch the Ducks and everything was right there the only thing is the elevators or always full so it sometimes took a little while to wait on an elevator and the continental breakfast could have had a few more different selections but that it was is great.
I really enjoyed Edgewater it was clean near alot of stuff we were their for my grandson basketball tournament balcony was great room was very clean staff helped out only thing i had a problem with is the elevators were slow but hey that was it i would recommend to everyone. I will be goin back oh and my grandkids loved seeing the ducks in the front of building in the water. Thanks Edgewater see ya when i return.

Noisy guys jackhammering up a big rock behind our room was really loud... the plumbing was horrible and the food was nasty but over all, the stores around here where amazing. The location was perfect 🏽
