We was there Sept 21st - 25th.. we loved our jaccuzzi room!!! Everything was so nice.. nice anniversary surprise and card waiting on us as we arrived.. pool and hot tube was great.. breakfast was yummy!! Only complaint has to be slow elevators but they eventually got to you and tight parking spots but we found a spot every time we was trying to park.. so really everything was great.. will definitely be back soon.. !!!

RecommendedHusband and I have stayed there many times. We have never been disappointed. Loved watching the chair lifts going up and down the new Anakeesta. Comfortable bed and best staff ever!

My husband & I love this hotel. It's within walking distance of just about everything. The view is beautiful. I love the fireplace in the room, the swim through pool that goes from inside to outside, the jacuzzi and work out area is very nice also. I love Gatlinburg !!
