About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

We was there Sept 21st - 25th.. we loved our jaccuzzi room!!! Everything was so nice.. nice anniversary surprise and card waiting on us as we arrived.. pool and hot tube was great.. breakfast was yummy!! Only complaint has to be slow elevators but they eventually got to you and tight parking spots but we found a spot every time we was trying to park.. so really everything was great.. will definitely be back soon.. !!!

Husband and I have stayed there many times. We have never been disappointed. Loved watching the chair lifts going up and down the new Anakeesta. Comfortable bed and best staff ever!
Never been but definitely want to go looks wonderful specially after the renovations actually it looks magnificent looks like a wonderful place to lay your head and create good wonderful memories.!!!!
My husband & I love this hotel. It's within walking distance of just about everything. The view is beautiful. I love the fireplace in the room, the swim through pool that goes from inside to outside, the jacuzzi and work out area is very nice also. I love Gatlinburg !!
