About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

The place is very nice and breakfast is awesome within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg.it does have a price with it.But great overall
My room was on back of building, no view. Noisy. No room in parking garage. Room smelled moldy and musky. Ice machine on my floor did not work. Half the vending machines do not work. Elevators are the slowest I have ever seen. Breakfast was good.
So relaxing n hot tub felt so gud n a great breakfast
For the price I paid I expected better value. The quality of breakfast was disappointing. Also I lost my cell phone, called the hotel and left a message but got no reply!. Management should do a lot to improve.
