The Edgewater is a very nice place to stay. Everyone was so nice. The whole hotel was very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was great. We could look down on the river and watch people walk. We could look over the city and see the space needle all lit up at night. Very pretty. Looking forward to next stay.

We were "snowed out" of our cabin at the top of Ober Gatlinburg and the staff here was so friendly and helpful. The accommodations we're warm and very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Thank you so much for making us feel safe during the snow storm Edgewater staff!

My husband and I spent a weekend there back in 2014. We had an amazing time there. The staff was great and our favorite part was the pool. We swam outside in 20 degree weather in February. I was in awe of the realistic rocks and waterfall in the inside part of the pool. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Gatlinburg.

King room was nice. Breakfast, was so so...but when the hotel is full, the Internet is sooooo slow, could not even start to tell you what the heck the TV was doing and please, please, get more elevators...waiting for 30 minutes to arrive was unreal...
