About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Room is very nice. Great location convenient to walking anywhere in Gatlinburg. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Will definitely be staying here again.
Walking distance to anything I want to do , staff is great , I have no complaints
The room was very nice (standard double queen, no smoking). Being on River Road put us very close to the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Parkway. My only complaint was the breakfast. We got there at 9:30 AM and everyone was lined up for the waffles. After waiting and waiting, when I went to make mine, the batter was out. I told the front desk and they said they'd call back and tell the guy on duty. He never came out until 10 AM, when they stopped breakfast. He and his helper just started dismantling everything. The room was basic but very comfortable. The mattress and pillows very comfortable. We had a nice view of the woods. Close to everything . Sits right on the river .Very good location.
I had a good time there for my anniversary my new hot spot
Not enough elevators. Ice maker did not work and saw German roaches in our room�. Told front desk clerk but was not offered any discount or partial money back.
