About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

THIS IS WHERE MY WIFE AND I STAYED FOR OUR HONEYMOON.
My family stayed at the Edgewater this past week. Excellent staff and service. Our air conditioner was not working and they immediately sent a replacement. Couldn't ask for nicer people. My only complaint was the swimming pool (at no fault of the hotel). Parents were allowing their children to be in the pool unsupervised. Two children around 12-14 were fighting in the pool and took my 4 year old daughter under the water. Children should be supervised at all times.
