About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice rooms and people NICE Breakfast area was nice and well taken care Food good.

We've stayed here several times and it's always been the best Gatlinburg has to offer. Rooms are clean.. Housekeeping was top notch...Beds are comfortable..All staff polite and helpful..Breakfast was great..We stayed over memorial day and we're very satisfied as usual..Will be back soon.
Great location close to everything! Would recommend it to someone who wants to.be right on the heart of Gatlinburg Room was nice and great complimentary breakfast��
