About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

I just had my family reunion at the Edgewater this past weekend. We had a ball! Everyone loved it. The hotel's staff was just oozing with all this southern hospitality. Anything that we wanted or needed, they made sure we had. My wife and I got so many compliments about what a good job we did hosting the reunion, but we would like to give a special thanks to the staff of the Edgewater Hotel for making everyone feel welcome and showing them a good time.

We are here for the Defenders National Rally and everyone has been super nice and made sure our room was stocked! Thank y'all very much!!!!
Totally amazed at the upgraded pool, and hot tubs , waterfall ,sliding board , carved bears on rocks , rocking chairs . been coming for years and will continue to visit again. Just a walk away from everything in gatlinburg. River below my room, ice cold ac . the best cleaning staff I've seen anywhere.
Edgewater is great hotel! ! Love it here. They have really made some great updates!! Clean rooms and friendly staff!!
