About this business
Biggest rooms I've seen in Gatlinburg. They are always updating the property so it doesn't feel dated like most of the hotels. The new hot tubs are much bigger so that helps with the crowds. Love the location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially those with kids. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfast is pitiful. My gravy was like water and the biscuits hard as bricks. Don't plan on eating there unless you are going to eat cereal.

Have stayed there many times. Rite on the creek front easy walking distance to everything in town. Very clean and very nine people and accommodating. Recommend it highly
Very nice and convenient to walking to shops!
So disappointed in our stay. The rooms are so outdated. The heater/ac ran on and off all night. The wait for the elevators were horrible. The cleaning crew left their supplies in our room. The pool/ hot tub water left a horrible smell on our suits. The continental breakfast was empty by 930. So very disappointed. Nothing like the pictures on the web
Great Hotel and Swimming pool with hot tub.
It was a good stay. We stayed this week Wednesday and Thursday nights. Everything was good till Thursday when the shower started having a high pitch scream to the pipes and the flow was all messy. And teens were getting in and out of the pool and hot tub with regular street clothes on. And our neighbors on Thursday night thought it was cool to act like idiots and slam doors till midnight and talk so loud I could hear them.
