2 weeks, 2 wrong orders, 7 phone calls, 4 emails, 0 resolution. I love their product, but this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. It'l laughable actually. I am paying for return shipping because of their errors just to wash my hands of this experience.

I placed an order on the website and received it but it was incomplete. When I contacted the customer service team on November 5, they said they would issue a refund. After waiting a few weeks I replied asking when I should see the refund, to which I received a generic response. After asking again I received a date range and they sent a $10 gift certificate for my trouble. Absolutely terrible! In a day and age where customer service trumps, Eddie Bauer has been an absolute disappointment. I ordered a backpack and when it didn't arrive for 2 weeks, I decided to call in to inquire. Upon contacting customer service which of course was outsourced to another country, I found out that they were out of stock and didn't think it would be a good idea to inform the customer. I ordered a coat online, but was told it did not go through. I found it on ******for much less, so ordered it from there instead. Saw that my card was charged from EB. Called Customer Service waited on hold for 16 min. person came on the line who did not speak English very well. Told her the issue-she asked me the same questions over and over-then hung up on me. Poor customer service. Two orders in a row with issues and the beam at they can do is send a replacement in 7-10 business days. Also, paid for expedited shipping and was sent several false delivery confirmations before WRONG item was delivers 3 days later than confirmed. If they can’t expedite shipping, it shouldn’t be offered as an option.

I received a promotional discount offer in the mail from Eddie Bauer. I logged onto the website, added several items to my checkout 'bag', and attempted to use the promo code. The site did not accept it. I chatted online with customer support, and they just said that they will not honor the promotion because they have another promotion running on the site. Very frustrating. The promo was BS and all the customer service person said is that they "cannot do anything about it".

I placed an order on Oct 28, 2019 for a pair of lined jeans and a pair of boots. I could never see any order progress after a week so I tried online chat to find out where the order was. The first online chat abruptly hung up without a conclusion. The second chat indicated they would ship soon, but I was given no definite information. I then moved to making calls via the 800 number.
