Let me start out by saying that the level of incompetence I am about to detail is, by far, the worst Customer Service experience I have ever had in my life. Horrible service at Eddie Bauer. Customer service like this is why more people shop with ******. I sent a return at the end of November and have never received a refund. I called 9 days ago to inquire and after much persistence was told that she spoke to the "email department" and they had in fact received my package and the refund would be in 5-7 business days. Still no refund today so I called and was told the package was not received and there was no note of my previous call like there should be. Still no idea where the p... read more

Had a nightmare experience starting with a large Christmas order of clothes for my 5 grandsons on November 11, 2019. Couldn’t get website to work, so I called in an order of 25 items. My card was charged, I was given an order number and was told their systems were down, but I would be sent a confirm email. When none arrived after a couple of days I called in again. They still make some decent clothes, but they have moved ALL customer support overseas, and that has greatly hurt them. I used to be able to call and speak with a KNOWLEDGABLE REPRESENTATIVE in the UNITED STATES who actually worked for them and was able to give me actual sizing on individual garments. Then they changed that a few years ago to a special department that had to call you; they could no longer transfer you to that department. But often the regular customer service people could give information on garment sizing. ... read more

Nothing short of a HORRENDOUS on-line experience. Everything stated in these reviews is absolute truth! Inaccurate website product availability, No product available notifications, long ship times (placed order 12/7 only to get some items on 12/20) false claims by customer service items that were unavailable would be canceled but shipped anyway; calling The Philippines for sub par scripted service to Re-order only to get the WRONG items...the list goes on. I ordered a jacket in a size small and they send my a size x-small. I did the live chat and got down to number 1 and then it disconnected. I could not find the 800 number to call the customer service, so I called a store and asked them for the number and they gave me the number. I ordered a Jacket in the size small and they send me a size X-Small. Did live chat and got to number 1 and it disconnected. Called a store to get a phone number and the store gave me the 800 number. I called the 800 number and told them that they send me the wrong size and the customer service told me to do the order over again. order canceled and bought somewhere else, they still sent backup order. and charged me for it.never again will buy from them..

My credit card was charged multiple times for a single transaction. Later when fixing my order, I was told that the item I had purchased was sold out. Communication was very poor and I am deeply unsatisfied.
