I give them negative 2 stars! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM Eddie Bauer! I got jeans that had strings hanging off them. I returned them by mailing them in at the end of April. They processed the return May 18 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY BACK ON MY CARD! I tried the live chat- the person helping was terrible and did not help me. I could not get to a real person to talk with based on how their phone messaging system is set up. It is now over 2months later from when I returned and I still do not have it credited back to my acc... read more

Returned boots first of April, refund came end of JUNE. Multiple emails to Eddie Bauer with the standard "copy and paste" reply. No chat available. Phone is not answered. My three fractured bones healed faster than Eddie Bauer!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Eddie Bauer for 3 items on 6/09/2020. I received 1 item on 6/12/2020 and they put the status of the other 2 items as delivered in separate packages on 6/12/2020. I have called them multiple times where I get put on hold for 30+ minutes and then hung up on. I did the online chat where I sit in the queue from 70+ ahead of me and when I finally get to #1 it comes back as "Sorry there are no agents to help you." (This has happened 8x in the last week. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 separate online purchases in April and May, both unsatisfactory quality. Still waiting for my refund on both. Won't be giving them any business in future. Pathetic.

I ordered over $250 worth of goods online and when it came everything was too big. I contacted Eddie Bauer to get a return label and was told the label would come in my email in 24-48 hours. Nothing came, so I contacted them again, and again, nothing. I called a 3rd time and was told that the reason for the delay was that the request for the return label had been sent to Fed Ex, the shipper, but that "Fed Ex didn't approve the return label". Three weeks ago I tried to buy a T-shirt at Eddie Bauer online after receiving an email from them about a sale. During the course of the transaction their site froze up. By the time it processed I received an email saying I had bought the shirt three times. I sent them an email saying to not ship for three shirts Because the website has frozen up. I ordered a duffle bag in mid February, it was too big so I sent it back and purchased the smaller option. The item was shipped back within a week after receiving it, but after weeks of waiting I never heard anything about eddie Bauer receiving the item. I ordered several items in mid-February, 2020, and returned them on March 3, 2020, requesting that they put the refund back on my credit card. I heard nothing until April 28, on which date I received an e-mail acknowledging the return and giving me an "E-Gift Card" in an amount about $20.00 less than the amount of the return.
