On 4/9/19, a criminal stole me credit card number and placed an order of over $500 at eddiebauer.com. My bank detected the fraud and alerted me. I immediately contacted Eddie Bauer, reported the fraud, and requested that the order be canceled. I was told that it was. However, the next day a new charge went through from eddiebauer.com. I purchased a hooded down jacket, Eddie Bauer EB650, and have been very disappointed. The quality of the jacket is terrible, and within weeks of owing it the feathers are working themselves out of the seems and jacket. It is a shame, as I really liked the jacket; however, it is just really poorly constructed.
I bought a coat from Eddie Bauer. As part of the process I had to give my email address. Ever since I’ve received 2-3 email/day from them. It says to stop, respond with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. I have done so repeatedly but the email keep coming. I called customer service and waited on hold for an hour. I was told they would gladly remove from their mailing list but it will take 3-4 months. Avoid this company. Use LL Bean instead. I’ve bought from them and receive 1-2 email per QUARTER. RIDICULOUS!
They offer no customer service and charged me twice for the same order. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone to correct their mistake. I will not shop there again
I have now made two orders from Eddie Bauer for Christmas gifts and received confirmation on both orders, but in the following week(s) have received an email stating they are sorry my order could not be filled, due to lack of stock available. Why send a confirmation? Why wait a week to let your customer know they are out of luck? Why not give the customer the option to get the product once it’s availible? Happy Holidays!
I ordered 2 sweaters on 11/25/2018. I have not received them yet. The email I received from them gave me a tracking number with *** **. I subsequently called them when it never arrived .Their automatic system told me it was sent **** and would arrive on December 10th. I'm only giving them 1 star because 0 was not an option. Eddie Bauer use to be such a great company. How are they even still I existence operating like they do. It took them a week to tell me item for a Christmas gift was out of stock saying I hadn't been charged. I HAD BEEN CHARGED! and am still waiting for my refund. Sent an email requesting refund because I had already experience crazy long wait time with calling. Never shop again EB!
0 Stars! This company has the worse customer service ever. I have been on hold for approximately 40 mins. Someone did pickup after the first 10 mins and gather all my information. Now I'm back on hold, I have been callin since Dec 10 about my order being cancel and still no refund!
I ordered a jacket on 11/19/18 and I have not received it as of today (12/17/18). Their tracking information states the jacket was supposed to be delivered on 12/6/18. I tried calling customer service four times and was left on hold for over 45 minutes each time. I also tried to email the customer service department (three times) and have not received a response.
