Excellent service by ******. He and All the people at Echo park help in the best car buying experience I have ever been through. My experience with EchoPark was very negative. First, I bought a car online, paid for shipment. When the car arrived they called and we arranged an appointment. The store was not ready for me and the process took over almost 3 hours. I got a ***** CRV and despite of promise of 190 points inspection, I went on a ***** Dealer to check the car. Everything was good and the company would have received 5 stars but when I arrived I just happened to notice there was only one key. The sales person said that it was a luxury to gave 2 keys! I felt that was a negotiable item but because it wasn't disclosed up front and I had paid $500 for shipping I went through with the purchase. Be sure to ask the representative this type of question before shipment. It SHOULD ve disclosed up front so customers know.
Echo Park brought my car, and check issued on Fri. 12:53pm I was told wait 24 hrs. for money on their check to process. Sat. 1:00pm check still no good. Echo Park check issued on bank I, also, use. Attempted 6 deposits, check no good, fraudulent, bad. I asked for car back, still on lot, refused. I have that right for 7 days. Get text mess. to check with bank Mon. from ***** who ubered me home in tiny smoke filled car. Offered no demo or rental. Illegal to keep car and money. BEWARE.
Worse customer service ever! Called for 3wks to get info on plates and I'm 5days before temporary tags is expired and have not been able to get my plates or another temporary plate or a call back to get some help on this issue!! They just keep saying someone will call you and 3wks later nothing!
I was trying to sell my car to echo park..I was given a price on my Autotrader posting from them ..when I got to the echo park one of their associates looked my car over and told me my car had front n rear end damage ..that it had been fixedI told him the car was bought brand new off a dealership lot with 8 miles on it and I was the solo ownernever had any work done on the car never was the car ever in any sort of accident..my car is almost flawless with zero history of anything ever done to the carthe associate kept trying ... read more
Complete scam. Completed everything online, submitted pictures of trade along with VIN, was told financing was already secured just needed to pay the ****** deposit to have vehicle shipped. Deposit was paid however when the vehicle arrived they offered me ***** less for my trade, unless I have the ***** down which was not previously negotiated and in which case if I did they would give me the original amount for my trade. Echopark Automotive said and advertises a 190 point inspection, and a 30 day warranty. After purchasing a car and driving it home the engine light came on. We returned it the same day and our money was refunded. We vigorously searched the car lot selected a second car, drove it, liked it, then noticed the windshield had several cracks. The sales manager stated that they could not find a replacement windshield but offered to have me buy the car and replace the windshield on my time and they would refund me up to five hundred ... read more
After a bad experience with another local car dealership, *************** provided an unexpectedly pleasant experience! My sales person, ****** was very respectful and helpful. I did NOT feel pressured into anything, received a competitive offer for my trade-in, and did NOT have any surprise costs thrown at me!
