On April 16, 2021 I purchased a 2017 LexusIS 200t, Salesperson Rosa, sold me a beautiful car with a key fob that was not properly working. One (1) hour after I got home from the dealership, I immediately texted Rosa to inform her of my key Fob issues. She assured me that I can go back to the dealership, the next day and get a new key Fob. I had a horrible experience and probably will never buy a car from EchoPark. After numerous confirmations of our appointment to test drive the car, preparing insurance and financing, then traveling for over an hour, we got a call five minutes before arriving that you sold the car to someone else. A total waste of time my son's and my time!!! We dealt with Joel who we are reporting to Corporate as his customer service was non-existent and it felt like he really didn't give a darn. Deceptive even by typical car dealer standards. They will tell you anything to get you in to their showrooms, then when you get there they will say that car's been sold or it's on hold for 24 hours we'll call you if it's available. When you ask how so many phone contacts could be wrong they'll say you talked to a call center in North Carolina not us. 0 Stars. 3 Months+ now after purchasing my car from the Tampa dealership and still says PENDING title in the DMV. Called the dealership over 10 times - talking to a customer service rep once and a "Controller" whatever that is - but mostly just go to voicemail with no call backs. this has no been going on with the phone calls for 2 months with the same update every time. I really can not recommend this place to anyone. We had a very poor experience with our sales rep at Southwest Houston location.. we walked in knowing exactly what car we wanted, just needed to test drive it and move along with purchasing. We were purchasing in cash so didn't need to do any financing. This should have been a quick and painless experience, especially because they "pride" themselves on making the experience quick and cutting out all the fluff of dealerships. Stay away. Bad customer service. They add a bunch of fee and insurance that you do not authorized. This is a crime. Business like this should not been operating. What a mistake!!!
