This place is a joke, my wife recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee limited in there Thornton Colorado dealership. When we test drove it it wasn't running right, they replaced the ignition coil, we didn't get the vehicle until after dark and wasn't able to thoroughly inspect it. Upon driving on the interstate we noticed the front end was shaking and pulled to the right, my wife called them and they told her to take it to a local dodge dealership and have it diagnosed and they would repair it. This is a terrible place to purchase a vehicle. I have not received tags for my car that was purchased in November of 2020. I have also not received a call back from the registration department after calling 26 times. There is absolutely no communication on the businesses part. Texas governor extended the paper tag dates and I am now also past that grace period. Purchased my car Dec 2020 at Echo Park in Centennial, CO with promises that a few items would be fixed immediately. After almost 2 months going back and forth an item at a time was fixed. Communication is terrible at this location. No one wants to help, everyone pushes things off to someone else and than no communication from that person. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and I will steer people away from this dealership every chance I get.
I had a great experience with EchoPark in Baltimore, MD. They have a wide selection of very clean cars. The team was very friendly. Special shout out to Matt P. for helping me out! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new "used" car!
Absolutely pathetic and nerve wrecking experience. Paid money and got slapped in face, total discrimination, cannot spell customer service, lady floor manager at north Houston location. Purchased my vehicle from south, they did not had detailed cleaning machine, transferred vehicle over to North location on 45. I purchased a vehicle from them in March, my temp tags expire tomorrow May 12th. The title info hasn't been sent to the DMV yet, and I've called the dealership over 10 times always been sent to the voicemail of the tags and title team and with no call back. Everyone that answers the phone at first says to just stop by the dealership and exchange the temp tags but I work as a travel nurse and I'm currently in Virginia until past the summer. Since my purchase with echo park I have not been able to receive any help regarding the vehicle. I was involved in a bad wreck (not at fault) car was totaled a month after purchase & they have not been any help. The ally gap insurance is a rep off... they have both been a help I have been without a vehicle now for 2 months waiting on gap to pay 3,000. Never shopping w them again.
Unprofessional after sales service, difficult to get someone who can help. Felt very rushed through even though I was quick to decide on which vehicle I wanted. Slow on their paperwork, wasn't able to take day of. Protective panel missing, they ordered part apparently, yet no follow up for weeks.
To start off I want to say that if you are out of state DO NOT BUY HERE. We were told many times that the registration would be taken care of during this whole situation as we are from out of state. My husband asked many times over and over again if it would be taken care of and we were told yes it was taken care of and all we had to do was wait for our license plates in the mail.
