I co-signed for a vehicle at Echo Park in ********** ** on July 21. I paid $500 for them to process the paperwork for tag, title, and registration. The tag and title never came. On September 26 I called the sales manager and asked for an update. Finally on September 29 a rep from customer service called to report that the paperwork had been submitted only on September 28 - over 2 months after the purchase. Today, October 10 I called again. The same customer service person could not provide a tracking number or any other info... read more

190 point inspection means nothing. The brakes on the *** 530i that I bought from them started squealing within a few thousand miles of me buying the car. I took it to ***, only to find out that the brakes were installed backwards. $970 later, the car is fixed (by ***) and Echo Park is telling me "Sorry, but we didn't install them", and the $3500 warranty that I purchased says "we don't cover brakes". I'm out the money, and Echo Park doesn't care. Based on the ratings here - they don't care about this review either.Good Luck... read more

Halfway home on my three hour return trip, I went to use the cruise control and found that it wasnt working. I bought a 2018 **** F-150 Sept 9th. During the test drive the infotainment/touch screen was acting odd. No Nav, bluetooth, and the response was very slow when touched. ****** said it needed a reset and drove it into their shop. 20 minutes later he brought me back to show me how to reset it and it seemed to work, so we completed the deal. On the drive home (2.5 hours) the screen went blank several time, the Nav quit working and bluetooth again quit working. I did not buy the warranty so I figure I'm sunk.
