This place was horrible I lost $234 taking off work early and using Uber to go to the dealership. They told me I was approved and guaranteed to drive off the lot when.. I had to pay for Uber to get home they'll lie just to get you there.. They lead you on and keep you jumping through hoops giving them your personal information. Just to say no without saying no. It was a horrible experience please do not waste your time or money with this place they will lead you on

I had the greatest experience with the best sales person (*******************), upon my search for a new vehicle. I explained to **** my circumstances and ************** went the distance and beyond, to accommodate my needs. I now have a 2018 Grand Cherokee with exceptional mileage and at a very fair price, which fits well within my budget range. As a matter of fact, my experience was so great, that I recommended my brother to come to Echo Park, and he purchased a new vehicle as well... Thanks ************** and Echo Park!!!

EchoPark San Antonio has the worst customer service you will ever experience. I have called countless times, countless numbers, and left countless numbers and have yet to speak to anyone from the actual location or even receive a call back. I have a post-sales issue that I have been trying to resolve for a year. It hurts to know that the friendly faces you are in stores are only put on until they have your money. Buying a used car does not have to be a bad experience if you buy from Echo Park in *****. ******************** and ******* were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased a car from them for my daughter two days ago and the entire process took less than 2 hours. My daughter could not accompany me so the plan was that if I purchased a car she would come the next day, approve the purchase and drive the car home. I found an interesting deal. Scheduled an appointment and before going to their office I called the dealer. Looks like that everything was perfect.When I arrived at their office, using UBER (because I don't have a car right know) surprise!! The car was not available. It was already sold.I was was very upset because I spent my money and my time. Very unprofessional

Bought a car from them on October 20, 2021. Temp tag expires December 18 but they have not filed the paperwork so we can get the regular tag. We have called 4 times and left a message each time. Their answering machine says they will get back to us within 1 or 2 days due to not enough help. They don't ever call back. I'm going to drive there (over an hour) and confront them. I doubt it will help.

**************** is non-existent. ******************'s business model is to push out as many vehicles as possible. Once your "30 day" trial is over, do not waste your time calling EchoPark for any assistance, you won't receive any. I would strongly recommend going to another dealer that actually cares about the vehicle they sell you.

This is the worlds worst place next to our government for not being able to reach a human being unless you want to buy something. Service after the fact is horrible. You will get the first person in line who will transfer you around the world to many different voicemails but no one will ever call you back. I have spent over a week trying to get help with an issue but only get voice mails. This company is out of touch and unreachable once they have your money! Absolutely horrible!

What an incredibly frustrating experience!! We called about a specific car and were told that we should come in to see it. Prior to driving the 40 minutes from *******************, we called to confirm our appointment and were told that the car was available and ready for us to drive/purchase. When we arrived for our appointment, the salesperson told us that the car had already been sold. Really?! What a waste of time. And no one on the staff seemed particularly apologetic; we were told there was a lag time for their system ... read more
