Terrible experience, worst customer service ever. Purchase a car 10/16 and still waiting on the hard plate. The excuse is a expired license in which they let me purchase the car with. New license since 10/29 now the need the official drivers license and not the temporary license the *** provided? Traded in a car and the payoff expert made a mistake but had an attitude as if I did something wrong. New management please.

This Place is so unprofessional, they took a Deposit, after we already had finance approved, for a week they kept delaying the delivery, then on the day they were supposed to deliver ( 10 days later ). They informed us they no longer had the car. This place is very shady. I believe they take deposits an thenook for a car. At first they said the car had 13k ****** then 24 k. A total scam, ************* kids trying to run a online bussiness. Pathic exp

If I could leave 0 I would. Worse experience trying to purchase a car. They do not accept outside financing from your bank, have to go through their lenders. They really push for all their warranties which if you deny that pretty much dont want to sale you the vehicle. Walked in looking to buy a 13k car, they tried to finance me 17k car. The sales rep ******* show me what rate I was approved for only verbally showed ******* was trying to hide more information than he was willing to show me until I asked. Bought a car from this place but let me tell you about the sheer amount of traps this place set up and use this to avoid all of them.1) Regardless of what they say here, they absolutely do not let you use your own lender. If this is wrong please inform the manager of EchoPark in ********* because he represents this company and they are adamant they only use their own lender or you can pay cash. I purchased a vehicle from the EchoPark ********** *************** in mid-August 2021. At that time, I signed paperwork to transfer my plate to my new vehicle from my old one. On September 15, 2021, I received a letter from the ***** stating there was a lapse in insurance coverage and I had to pay a penalty. After attempting to contact EchoPark numerous times, they said I needed to provide them with more paperwork. Absolutely horrible experience, very unethical practices! I bought a vehicle later last month in Marietta, GA. It sold to me without disclosing that it had major repairs done. ( I mistakenly trusted their so-called 190 points pre-sales inspection). On the inspection I later had, it was discovered that the vehicle has been in accident and the entire front end (bumper, lights, hood) was replaced with sub-quality work. Very pleased with the service I received! From the very first email/text/call to me leaving home with my new 2020 kia soul s, they were very professional and car buying a breeze! i drove almost 2 hrs to buy from them and would refer them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
