Do not recommend Houston Southwest location. No communication from sales person or finance dept. Called call center multiple times and txt/called salesperson could not get anyone to call back or get updates. Very disappointed with the poor service. Finance and sales seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

I purchased a car from EchoPark on 3/13/21. The next morning, we discovered an issue with the air conditioner not blowing cold air into the cabin. Under the direction of EP, my car has since been to Subaru of Gwinnett 5 times in 5 weeks, and I've gotten to drive it 5 days since the date of purchase. Still waiting on someone to find the freon leak. EP told us the car was well maintained and in like new condition upon purchase. They weren't telling the truth. The dealership in Plano, Texas has terrible customer service, from the salesman, finance department and just general all around service. They never answer the phone and if you do finally talk to someone they act like they could care less about you or what you are asking. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place.

Awesome experience! Highly recommend Echopark. I called to make an appointment to see a particular Hyundai Elantra that they had listed at the Long Beach location. Morgan made the appointment and said that if the car was sold prior to our appointment they would let us know. I didn't believe it. We drove 2 hours and was helped by Monica. I was ready to buy a Ford Explorer and I found the exact one I was looking for at the Thornton, CO location. However, during the test drive it was very obvious that the alignment was off and it pulled dangerously to the right. I informed my Salesman and he said it would be fixed and to come back the next day. I came back for another test drive and it stilled pulled to the right. They would not let pay for a truck with cash from ouside financing. Their monthy payment and the financing numbers they quoted me did not match the quoted intrest rate. This bisiness is a scam luring you in with low prices and then manipulating the finance numbers in a fast change artist styke hoping you dont notice the payments are higher than they should be and the add ons are more than they said.

They tried to charge me and delivery fee that I did not pay. Took a week to get it to pickup location. Floor mats were missing and were on the inventory list but they tried to tell me that because they were not in the photos I would not get them.. Called manager and got a $100 credit that I still have not gotten. 2 tires were new and the other 2 worn out. When I took it to get new tires, they showed me where the front brake pads were worn out and the front end had to be aligned. All total was $800. So much for their 190 poin... read more

It was not what I expected in purchasing a new vehicle. The salesmen were hard to communicate with. During my purchase I dealt with three different people all of which seemed to have better things to do than sell a car. When the car was delivered there had obviously been body work done to the right front fender of the vehicle. Drove 2 hours to pick up the car that wanted and it turned out to be a big wasted of time. First I had to put 500 down to have the car moved from 1 state to another. I had them send me the drive out price prior to agreeing to buy the car. I set the appointment and drive to the dealer only to encounter a rude and disinterested sales person at the door.
