Hello, My name is **** ********. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT on Saturday 2/20 from the Centennial Colorado location. I flew in from Billings MT to get the car and I drove 8 hours home after my purchase. David told me Mondays they had an appointment to get the car in the shop on Wednesday to get the Brakes fixed and also replaced the tires while they had the car in the shop because that was also part of the issues he stated. I was very excited about the selection and prices at the newly opened Echo Park in Nashville. I drove two hours there with the intention of buying a car that day. My experience working with their staff and test driving vehicles was fine. I found exactly the car I wanted at a great price, but that is where my positive comments end. STAY FAR AWAY from this DISASTER! I've previously purchased from ***** and thought this would be similar. This is a DISASTER! Every sales rep will give you different info, their website shows every car you search for is in Tampa (so that you waste your time and go there only to be disappointed), the sales rep told us that they now ship cars between locations (similar to vroom), so I went home and attempted to buy one online to have it sent to the tampa store. Stop! Turn around! Do not go there!!! If you can afford these cars with these low mileages, something is very wrong! We found that out. We drove 2 hours after placing a $500 deposit on a car only to find out when we were 30 minutes away that the car was not on their lot "but they had others they could show us". What a nightmare! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

EchoPark made our car buying experience very easy today. Emily was our internet contact, Ashley was our sales rep, Keith was our financial guy, and Mark was the manager All were very professional and personable. I liked the fact that they didn't charge all the extra dealer fees. the vehicle I purchased was thousands below book value and the price offered on my trade was fair. I am an out of state buyer and these guys have been by far the worst to deal with when it comes to buying a vehicle. Most of them are rude and unprofessional, I did a lot of research prior to buying my vehicle and knew what I want and was pre-approved with another institution. Well they wouldn't take a cashiers check or funding from my bank because they weren't in their approved list, which I have never heard of or ran into before. I financed through them and got a 7% interest rate which is 2x higher than what my bank got me... read more

We were referred to this dealership via our Credit Union's partnership with the #TrueCar website. We even received an email from Echo Park, with our Credit Union's name at the top, telling us the car we were interested in was available. Drove 2 hours, ready to buy, with our Credit Union check in hand - only to have Echo Park tell us that they would not take our check. I was told that it doesn't fit their business model?? Horrible experience. Do not go here unless you are willing to finance a car. They intentionally make it difficult to pay with cash or cashier's check. After leaving my scheduled appointment to test drive a car we went to the bank to get the cashier's check (With Covid most banks are closed on Saturdays now and can only go through the drive thru).
