EchoPark epitomizes the perception people have of car salesmen; slimy, blood thirsty, don't care what they do if it will earn them a buck. We drove a car on Saturday night and decided, after driving many others, that it was the car. However, there was a burning smell we wanted them to check out first. 0/10 experience. I had purchased a vehicle from this location. It was sent back for radio work. During this 6 month process the only way i got an update was if i reached out first. I was constantly told my car was ready for pickup and then id get a follow up text saying it still was not working. 1 occasion i was told to finally come pick the car up. when i arrived to get it the first thing i did was test the radio and it still did not work. 100 percent no sound. I echo Gordon's comment 100%. Test drove the SUV on a Saturday night. The car had a burning smell and asked them to check it out. They did on Monday, call me at 12:30 pm and said they put too much engine shine on the car and all was well. We said we would be there after 4:30 that afternoon. In our vehicle on the road to the dealer at 4:45, we get a call that the SUV had been sold. Was told they didn't hold cars. I bought from here in October, everything was going well. Was waiting for them to bring my car out and the paper work to get done. When the car was brought out my son and both noticed a very noticeable NEW dent on the drivers door. When I brought it to the sales person's attention he blew me off, said (what do you want me to do about it now? I guess we can fix it!) Almost as if I was stupid, which was exactly how he made me feel! At that point they were no longer a reputable GOOD sales dealer!!!

Stand alone, the worst experience and communication. Tried to purchase a vehicle - was promised it was ours - then on purchase day they called and said "oops, we sold it to someone else, sorry". Kept us on the hook with that vehicle for a week (while we passed up on other comparables because we had promise to buy theirs), then kept us on the hook for another week with promises to "make it right", but ultimately were completely unwilling to make any effort to match the deal we were originally promised. we came to check a full size pickup met joey chen in the lot. he was very friendly straight to the point kind of guy. talk a bit on what we expect to get out of the full size pickup. joey was always there to help & showed us a toyota tacoma trd off road it has all the features we needed. they appraised our accord for trade in their appraisal is top notch.the finance department is good at what they do. all thogether we spent about 4 hours at eco park. joey was no haggle no BS & very informative. our buying experience was very... read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I believe they dont even do inspections on cars before they turn around and sell them to the public. My air conditioning unit has not worked since I purchased the car in March 2020, I have called I have taken the car in twice to have them fix it, I have left messages for managers to call back and NOTHING has been done. I truly believe they dont inspect anything on these cars and claim that they do. I will NEVER recommend this disaster of a dealership to anyone. Terrible service, terrible fo... read more

Bought a used truck from Echo Park in ************. Had some issues we noticed, took the truck back in two weeks after purchasing. They fixed our issues no questions! Tony was the technician in the service department. He explained everything, very personable, great customer service and VERY sharp! My husband and I walked away thinking this guy is great! Knows his stuff, excellent experience with him - will request him if ever needed! Please thank him for us!
