I have purchased 2 vehicles with EchoPark and have had nothing but great experiences! Warm, family like atmosphere and everyone is always checking on you to make sure you have been assisted. Next vehicle I will be stopping by their locations first. Don?t think I can go back to your traditional dealerships!
We recently purchased a car for our daughter from EchoPark San Antonio and it was the best experience. We spent a couple hours looking at the inventory with our sales person and he never pressured us into buying anything, which is very nice. He followed up the next day and we started the process to buy. It was easy, quick and our sales person Jesse G**** was amazing! My experience was in the San Antonio location. I purchased my vehicle with the dent protection plan. I was reassured that the plan would cover hail stones and this is what sold me. Now I am told that I have to use my own insurance company. I even have a screenshot from their website stating that if you buy the plan you do not have to come out of pocket and there is not a deductible. These people at Echo Park in Houston are scum liers !! My son son was trying to negotiate a deal with a used truck and they lied to him in all aspects . They promised him they would take their vehicle to my sons location to test drive and they never did it !! This was in a period of 4 days back and forth . That wanted him to sign documents compromising my son to buy the vehicle before roD testing it . Do not believe these people . They are scum lying individuals that all they want to do is rip you off .
Linda T**** of Echo Park is an excellent Sale person at Echo Park. She is honest, smart, friendly person to work with her. I had a great experience with her. I visited her before. She showed me all the cars available. When I was ready to buy, I called her and complete all the paperwork before I get there. I test drive and buy the car in less than 30 min. She did not give me any pressure to buy extended warranty or other add on fees. I am recommending everyone to visit her, when they are ready to buy any high end vehicle.
