EchoPark Automotive - Greensboro, NC Purchased a vehicle from them at the end of June 2021. Went to go pick it up and they were a little slow with the paperwork and getting everything completed as they were a new dealership just getting this showroom up and running. Looked over it, took the vehicle which is great and went about my day. Well it is 7 weeks later and I am still without title, registration or new tag which they were supposed to take care of and have mailed. It is nearly impossible to find cars right now, and I found the perfect one from EchoPark through drivetime. I spoke to a salesmen by text, and I informed him I would be using an auto loan through State Employees Credit Union, to which he replied that I MUST use Echopark's bank and cannot use my bank. Sketchy. I ask why and state that I have never heard of a car dealership turning down money from the customers bank, and he says it's because my bank doesn't release funds for 30-45 days (False) but I didn't know that at the ti... read more

Sold me a 2017 Jeep Compass. Put on writing at the time of sale to replace car and auto start battery, I had to call them daily to get them to return my call. Once they finally did m, they tried to wiggle out of repair by saying they ordered the wrong, "too bad" fix it. Got fixed with a quick delivery by NAPA(they had no intentions of fixing it). They used to be a good company, however, you cant get them to answer the phone. the call ceneter lies about sending the calls through (they get paid based on test drive appointments), Vehicle sold, is riddled with warning lights, Just purchased and they want to see the vehicle 3 weeks from now, just as their 30 day warranty expires. What a scam. BEWARE.. They are selling vehicles that they clear out the computer from, and then sell it to you as if it is technically fine. Scam.

EchoPark Automotive - Duluth, GA Review. I had a chance to deal with EP today. Here is my analysis of the way they do business: They offer very nice cars and "list" them at very good prices . . .BEWARE. They make their money by trying to force you to buy the vehicle protection package which is essentially nothing more than an over-priced cleaning job ($500) and . . . They will try to force you to buy and finance their extended warranty ($3000 and up) You can opt out of either. EchoPark warranty. This $3200 warranty was snuck into my deal and it wasn't until after everything was done after a horrible day that I discovered they added it in. I requested the cancellation and refund back on 5/27 and as of today 7/14 have not heard anything, note the amount of refund is based on time. I contacted EchoPark for help and was provided 2 emails to their support instead. I tried to call the support line after submitting my ticket only to get told to submit a ticket. So a run around.
