The salesperson was very knowledgeable. However after getting home and looking at the paperwork we were charged for a warranty we didnt agree to as well as dent and paint protection. Luckily we were about to get refunded for all of those things. Before you buy a car look over the paperwork for fees that you did not agree to.

Sold me a car with a flat tire, made me pay for it, and then AFTER I made a bad review, they called me and attempted to bribe me to change my review. They only care until the sale is made and DO NOT CARE about long term customer satisfaction. Took them 4 months to acknowledge my bad review and then only offered to resolve the problem if and only if I changed my negative review. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!

I bought a 2021 ****** 4runner from the ********* location. The vehicle was out ******** so I knew rust could be an issue. So I questioned the salesman ***** and was ****** assured their 190 point inspection wouldnt allow anything like that through. It was raining outside and so I took him at his word and bought the vehicle. I get it home and look the next day and there was a large amount of rust under the vehicle. Enough to not be acceptable by any standards, but the real issue is under the seats. They are covered in rust. ... read more

My name is ******************************* from echopark in ********* ****. Worked there over 2 years friday morning was told with out any warning our jobs were being eliminated but they kept the mgr. I thought that a big company owned by sonic one of largest auto dealers would have been more professional and gave us some type of warning. Now with out job and insurance just like that.. very disappointed. No compassion no warning nothing

I went to ************ location and ***** was awesome. He was very pleasant, listened to me and wasn't the typical 'pushy salesman'. I am thankful for that. I would recommend this place!
