Vehicle was detailed nicely and priced fairly but be very careful to check every out before you purchase. Car was only a year old so I wasnt very diligent on the test drive. Halfway home on my three hour return trip, I went to use the cruise control and found that it wasnt working. Upon further examination, I found that none of the steering wheel controls (stereo, trip computer) worked either. I bought a 2018 **** F-150 Sept 9th. During the test drive the infotainment/touch screen was acting odd. No Nav, bluetooth, and the response was very slow when touched. ****** said it needed a reset and drove it into their shop. 20 minutes later he brought me back to show me how to reset it and it seemed to work, so we completed the deal. On the drive home (2.5 hours) the screen went blank several time, the Nav quit working and bluetooth again quit working. I did not buy the warranty so I figure I'm sunk. If you are planning to buy a car from this store, I recommend that you read this review and buy from this store. I havent dealt with dealers just buying cars straight out so called the number first, was told to drop by but I could make an appointment if I wanted to; I did. But, when I arrived (8/30), the woman rep told me they wont look at the car (rudely BTW); that I should go back home and do it all online, because I could possibly get more for it. HUH? Paid $899.00 for the shipping and purchased a 2022 **** Maverick. Put thousands down. First few days there was an issue with **** Mykey which were causing all kinds of restrictions and theyre scrambling to find a key. I was also informed upon bringing it to a **** dealership that the previous owners still had the master key, and that they could still track my vehicle and unlock it and also stop the vehicle from their ****Pass app. I told Ms. **** that I didnt feel safe at all and she said she doesnt think anything will happe... read more

Regardless of how appealing their pricing is, run, don't walk! Before heading to the lot, we provided very honest information about our trade-in. We received a reasonable quote, knowing that the trade-in would not be sold by EchoPark and would instead have to go to auction. The offer stated that we would receive the offer if everything was correct and within 500 miles. Extremely rude staff at the ******** location in *******. They sold me a vehicle with a key that was not keyed for the car, after having the car for just over a year the key fob died. I had no way of entering my vehicle because of the key. When they were made aware of this they advised that I was outside of my 30 day window and they couldnt do anything. I continued to call until I was told by the ** that he is "going above an beyond, because frankly this isnt their problem". Just ridiculous!
