Horrible customer service. Bought the car on January 2 and was told I had 7 days to return the car if I don't like the car with full refund. Returned the car on Friday January 6th. They refused to take the car back and they came with argument that went over 200 miles, which was not disclose on the day I purchased the car and is not disclose on any of the contract I signed. Purchased a vehicle with them in September 2022 and the sales person was great went over everything but was very persistent on the Gap warranty policy. I explained that I would like to try and finance through my bank and he said that would be no problem we would just cancel the policy and we would get a prorated refund. I decided to purchase the gap policy since he said it would be NO hassle to cancel the policy. I have Refinanced with my bank and have tried to cancel my policy for gap. Absolutely horrible on the service side . Had to take the car back with in a week for an oil leak. They kept for a week and said they fixed it. I am now having to have the oil cooler replaced because they did not do anything to try to repair it

I recently purchased a car from Echo Park. Initially, the salesperson was very accommodating. This was before I came to the lot. While there, he was trying to juggle as many buyers as possible. They kept insisting on an extended warranty. If I did not comply, my interest rate was going up 3 points! The buying process took HOURS, There was miscommunication all along the way. In the end, I drove off the lot with an empty gas tank and the radio doesn't work. I'm disappointed with this dealership.
The sales people tried lying to me multiple times about how co-signing works (said interest rates are based off an imaginary MIXED credit score to explain the *****% interest rate with my close to 800 credit score), tried strong arming me into GAP coverage by saying they would drop the rate to ****% if I took the coverage. finance manager tried telling me how the federal reserve controls loan rates for the most part, which I said Im aware to, he then said obviously not. I had the worst experience purchasing a vehicle at EchoPark. There was so much miss communication between financial dep, car sales man and my bank. I was there for about 5hrs. I feel like they made it so difficult for me because I was financing with my bank instead of them. At the end I was told they were going wash my vehicle, which they didnt so I brought it up to his attention showing him parts of the vehicle that were stained we dont do detail cleaning was his response. I co-signed for a vehicle at Echo Park in ********** ** on July 21. I paid $500 for them to process the paperwork for tag, title, and registration. The tag and title never came. On September 26 I called the sales manager and asked for an update. Finally on September 29 a rep from customer service called to report that the paperwork had been submitted only on September 28 - over 2 months after the purchase. Today, October 10 I called again. 190 point inspection means nothing. The brakes on the *** 530i that I bought from them started squealing within a few thousand miles of me buying the car. I took it to ***, only to find out that the brakes were installed backwards. $970 later, the car is fixed (by ***) and Echo Park is telling me "Sorry, but we didn't install them", and the $3500 warranty that I purchased says "we don't cover brakes". I'm out the money, and Echo Park doesn't care. Based on the ratings here - they don't care about this review either.Good Luck... read more
