I would never recommend someone to purchase a car from them. Of course, they get you with the warranty. Had the car for one month & the brakes gave out on me. To top things off, I came *** Echo Park in Cicero, which is an hour & 1/2 from where I live, just to he waiting for 20 minutes to he seen. I spoke with the ************* just really brushed me off & didn't care about nothing about my safety, but so much worried about the warranty expiration. Ashton Marrero is the guy to speak to at this car dealership! Never pushy. Listen to everything we wanted and needed at the time. Worked very hard to get us the best financing we could get at the time. Will not be buying a car anywhere else. I’ve sold cars in my past life and Ashton’s behavior should be the standard in the industry. Fantastic place to buy a car.

This dealer (**********, **) sold a car with a permanent error code--check engine light was not on so either the dealer cleared the code to hide the warning light or it coincidentally had not appeared the entire time the vehicle was on their lot. In addition, the manager stated that he gave me the best rate (not a good rate in actuality) he could with his top lender, in spite of my excellent credit rating--I immediately checked rates with the lender (Chase) and was presented with lower rates for any term based on the vehicle... read more

Had me drive to the dealership to test drive a car, when we arrived we were told to come back later and they couldn't find the keys. We did, and it turned out they sold me a car without a proper key, only 1 FOB with a key blank inside. You can only call the ************** call center, nearly impossible to talk to a person at the actual dealership. I did get a call from an angry woman that gave me misinformation about getting a key made. She lied about the manager coming in and wanted to put me on hold, then hung up on me. I ... read more

Im very upset i brought a vehicle from echo park and they are very horrible do not buy a car here. I got it 2 months ago and my rotors and breaks are bad already and now I have to pay the ** dealership 200 just for them to find the problem thats so sad ??.

This has been a terrible experience:1. I put down a $500. deposit to hold a vehicle, was told it would be applied to the purchase or refunded. Bought the vehicle and ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the $500. back because it wasn't applied to the purchase or refunded.2. EchoPark failed to get the vehicle inspected prior to purchase and then lied about it, blaming the *** for being behind. We bought a car in December and within a day the transmission was slipping. We called within 72 hours and they said let us take a look. We brought in the car. When we got the car back it wasnt fixed, took the car back. They finally said the transmission needs to be replaced. So it is now March, they say the car is fixed. We go pick up the car and they didnt fix the transmission. We asked for our $ back, but shorted us out of $1300 from what we paid. Purchased a vehicle from one of your dealerships about a year ago. Sensitive information was give to obtain loan information to purchase the vehicle. Recently inquired about selling the vehicle to another location and was never contacted personally. Instead they reached out to employers and previous employers in regards to the inquiry. I posted the following to their ****** review for the Echo Park in *************, **...in short, I had several warranties, a car that drives poorly and makes noises, and unfortunately was suckered into a deal that is now so far in negative equity, I am stuck for 5 years.
