Found a nice Range Rover we Liked at the dealership in ******** **. this was around 5 pm. At 10 pm they finally got the paperwork to us saying they were short staffed. We expressed interest in how much of the original warranty was left (2 1/2 years) but they didnt tell us that. Instead we were presented in our closing paperwork an extended warrantee that started immediately and therefore overlaps by 2 1/2 years and *****. It was late. We were tired and did not catch it. Terrible Experience at Echo Park ************, **: On August 12, 2023, I set up an appointment for a test drive. With many openings on the schedule, I chose one. I also chat-roomed with ******, confirming that I only needed to show my driver's license to test drive the truck I was considering purchasing. I also informed with ****** that I did not want my ************* stored in their system nor shared with affiliates, and she agreed to my requests.
