Terrible Experience at Echo Park ************, **: On August 12, 2023, I set up an appointment for a test drive. With many openings on the schedule, I chose one. I also chat-roomed with ******, confirming that I only needed to show my driver's license to test drive the truck I was considering purchasing. I will be contacting Discover regarding my $500 down payment being refunded. There is no way it takes "several days" to have a copy of a title sent to a lender. I never heard back from ***** who told me he would have the sales order to me the next morning, only to find out when I checked on it the next day that he was off. The sales order was sent to me wrong on the first two attempts and then never sent to my lender after having been asked for and providing their contact information. We bought a **** Escape beginning of July and are still waiting for the title. Our temp tags have expired and they can't tell us when it will arrives.Numerous phone calls, left messages with none being returned.It was a nice purchase, but their after sale practices are disgusting.****

Fraudent and unscrupulous. Added internal products (service warranties, *******************,etc) without my knowledge. Also, gave me the worst financing offer through a lender that has already been identified by a class action lawsuit ad a predatory lender. I have good credit and also paid **** dollars down, but manager told me that since I was upside diwn, that was all I could do ti get out of my car. They took more than an hour and a half to honor the price they agreed to online. We have been here for more than two hours and they think its reasonable to say it will be another hour. We are not purchasing a vehicle from them, just trying to get them to deliver on their written offer. Theyre dishonest. You shouldnt have to spend this much of your day trying to get a company to do what they promised.

In May30 I bought an Infiniti Q50 with two keys but one didn't work but the saleswoman told me not to worry to come back on Thursday, I talked to the one with the keys, he said that the control they measured doesn't work, I need a new one, I talked to ******* and she told me that I couldn't do anything.

This place is full of crooks and swindlers. Too much c*** to mention in one review but in short, I had been working with them on a purchase for 10 days and at the very last minute before diving to the dealership to get the vehicle they let a random walk-in cash buyer purchase the car over me after I already paid $500 to reserve the car online. I am 100% convinced they just opted to go with the cash buyer over me even when I already reserved the car...I guess they figured they'd just refund the $500 reserve fee back to me bec... read more
