Inquired to confirm availability of a certain vehicle. Was told that it was available. I set an appointment to see it. Drove 2 hours to the dealership in ****, **. When I went into the dealership... there was a nice "Welcome (my name)" to greet me sign. I check in at desk only to be told that the car I was to see had been sold. So frustrating. I give them 2 stars only because at least they filled up my Jeep with gas and gave me a $50 gift card.

Our policy here at EchoPark Automotive is all of our vehicles are first come- first serve. We do have a hold process where a customer can place a deposit on a vehicle and that holds the vehicle for them until they arrive at the store. I spoke with this customer and he let me know that he did not mention how far he was coming from to the Guest Experience Agent. SHADY AND SHOTTY!They do not respond timely if you have issues to fix.THESE PEOPLE ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH HOUNDING YOU FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS THAN ACTUALLY CONDUCTING PROPER BUSINESS. Guest came to store on 5/17 and a plan of action was put in motion to the guest's satisfaction. Guest was updated 5/18 regarding status of title, guest states this review was made prior to his issues being addressed.
2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited failed and left me stranded with no cell service less than 250 miles/2 weeks after purchase from **************************. Towed at my own expense back home ($200) then towed to Centennial by them because there is no service department in ****************. They found trouble codes but said I must have put it under a load to cause the codes. Both tow truck drivers also couldn't get it into neutral and had to slide it on the truck bed. I would NOT buy from them again!!!! I had the most awkward sales person who acted like nothing was a big deal and didnt want to provide details for anything! It took FOREVER to complete the process and they will try to up sale you on all the extra protection that you dont need really hard, which extends the wait time. They were supposed to fill the car with gas and clean it but did NEITHER. You would think buying a 40k car they could at least do THAT! Told I was going to be under $500 month and my payment ended up over $700 Even after I settled for a cheaper car All kind of charges on my paperwork that said they were optional but I was never told of them. Just shady business in general.
Awful customer service!!! After two days of haggling they run my credit 4 times and two hours before I was going to sign the paperwork they sell it out from under me and didn't even offer to hold it after they ran my credit so my score is lower now with no vehicle. Corporate dealerships could careless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
BAD business!! Had a scheduled test drive, took off work, drove almost 2 hours away to be told the car was sold!
If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership with a loan and have a co-signer, they will have you title and register the vehicle in the state of the primary co-signer only. Therefor, if its the secondary co-signer that will be driving the vehicle in the ******************, you will have to pay a second time to the state to transfer the registration back into *********. Service was great but had to wait for the paper work it took a while I thought it would be quicker. Now it's been over 3 weeks and we are still waiting on the tag. Tried calling and leaving messages. The local tag office and state have nothing from them yet why not? Cant get hold of anyone to find the answer. NO customer service unless your buying.
