As usual Norm Thomas was outstanding in taking care of my service needs with my Jeep. I love Eastgate the whole dealership experience is awesome.
Didn’t fix the problem i took it in for, got my car back with more issues than I brought it in with and couldn’t get them to get me updates on the repairs and flat out lied about an oil change being done. They ended up breaking a part that wasn’t broken which caused them to have my vehicle an extra day - with no apology. When I called back about the new issue they had clearly caused, they were to busy to get my car back in.
