Typical low rent car sales & finance game. You tell them exactly what you want; demonstrate that you've done your homework; and they continue just to push you into a car even if it's not what you wanted. Nothing has changed in the 10 yrs since the last time I was here. Wasted nearly 4 hrs of my life.
After a simply horrible experience with one veteran Eastgate salesman, we went back to Eastgate and met with Cory. He was professional, efficient and worked to meet our needs in order to close the sale. I realize Cory is a new hire at this time, but his ability to serve the customer based on their needs will make him superior to his peers. Cory deserves more business, so stop by and see him!
Just had an issue with my jeep that I bought a few months ago, I was able to get a hold of the GM Brian Hammans and he fixed the issue, plus gave me a loaner car to drive while the issue was being fixed. Good customer service and I appreciate the help! thank you!
