RecommendedThank you to Brian and Nate for working with us on our new car purchase of the past few days. We couldn’t be happier with the service everyone provided us. Being in a finance office signing my name has never been something I would consider fun. But last nights experience was great. Now I’m just hoping someone buys that Gladiator soon or I’m gonna have to do some explaining to the wife..
We have been here 3 or 4 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an issue with the processing of the service with the warranty company. Today is no different, they haven't been paid by the warranty company so the vehicle can't be released...BUT, I shared the warranty company info when I made the reservation and confirmed again this morning when we dropped off the truck. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Brought my Jeep in to be serviced twice with two tickets over 2000 before discount were add just for vehicle to break down with same dash board signal two different Diagnostic. Also the second time my Jeep didn’t last twenty minutes after they collected my money. My feet hurt from walking. I could have bought a new car but when I made an appointment. well came here for oil change the lane was almost at the street pulled into second lane i knewn id have to wait because people ahead of me redhead service guy rudely tells me thats like cutting the line last i checked yousuppose to alrernate left to right so i was doing him a favor i think next oil change im goin to a different dealer for me and my wifes oil change i dont deserve to be talked to like iam 8 years old im almost 30 very rude he needs to be written up or something
Overpriced service department! Wow! I've always gone to O'Brien. I made the mistake of coming in for a Express oil change(quoted atleast a hour and a half) and almost twice the price of O'Brien. Never again! Left went straight to O'Brien and had great service.
