I have had nothing but a headache since I purchased my car 3 years ago and my transmission just went out on a 4 year old vehicle. They tricked me into purchasing the car in the first place. Their service people are rude and act as if you waste their time by asking questions. When you call, you bounce between several people before getting the person who can help you (again, they are all very rude). They lack professionalism. I would not purchase a car from Brandon because he does not care about you, just about making a sale!

I was at your dealership a week ago with my husband looking to buy a Dodge Ram Limited off your lot but was so appalled by your dealership I walked out. We went to several local dealers in the area and I knew exactly what our 2011 Ford F150 truck was worth for trade in and your sales person without driving the truck or running it said it was worth $1000, and said basically it would have to be just sent to be scrapped which is total BS. Visited Eastgate Auto on 6/19/2020. Met with a Salesman and was interested in purchasing a Nissan Maxima that they had on the lot. The whole time that we were there, speaking with the salesman, he seemed very disinterested. The vehicle had some things wrong with it, that I asked for him to see if the service department could look into, which he said he would have them take a look.
