2nd time going back. 1st time they couldnt find what was wrong with my truck. Told me they fixed it. Upon test driving it they clearly had not. Worled on it for 2 weeks before I took it back from them and still had to pay $700 for parts they replaced that didn't take care of the issue. This time I take it in for an insurance claim was told it would be 2 days to be looked at. That was fine. Did not happen in 2 days or 3 or 4 or 5 days. Day 6 on the lot and still not looked at. I had a great experience. From Brandon Adams (sales person) to Sean (sales manager). I had shopped at a few other Ram stores Brandon was very professional and did his job very well and Sean the sales manager worked in numbers quickly and gave me the best deal that I found in the marketplace. I absolutely love the Express lane. With the frigid weather lately, my 2015 Charger warned me the PSI in all four tires was low. I called service and they told me to just drop by. I did drop in and had to wait only a few minutes since two cars were in front of me for check in. When I got inside and explained I just needed air, they immediately called Adam to come up and air up my tires. He had all 4 tires aired back up in under 5-10 minutes total. I’ve never had bad service.
I bought a car at Eastgate in 2005, still have the car, and have always had it serviced at Eastgate with excellent results. The Express Lane for oil changes is a bit disconcerting in the beginning because ALL they are able to do is change the oil and rotate the tire. HOWEVER, if there is another problem, they are quick to inform me, ask permission to perform the service, and help me to make an appointment to bring the car in for the agreed upon repair.
No I don't think that I should be put in front of everyone else for anything. but for simple air pressure check. And be told that it would be a 40 minute wait. Simply ridiculous ! You standing there telling me this could have got a tire gauge and fix the problem with in the time it took you to tell me I had to wait. Piss poor management.
What nice people to help us on our journey after a run in with a deer 8 hours away. So friendly and very helpful!!!!
